Management and Supervisor’s responsibility are to ensure that properly trained and competent workers are performing tasks in a safe and proper manner. Also, that hazardous conditions and accidents are investigated to determine measures for preventing their recurrence. Management and Employees will jointly develop a health and safety program and safe work procedures. Employees are responsible for following safe work procedures and to do everything reasonably possible to protect themselves, fellow workers and the public that become involved.
