After our in house orientation, we give our employees immediate training relevant to their current assignment before they proceed to their first day in the industry. |Advantage Industries Inc. has established quality control programs in accordance with the ASME B-31.3 (registration #2379) and CSA Z662.
Advantage Industries Inc. is responsible for the review and control of all design documents to ensure they are in accordance with the applicable code requirements and owner’s specifications. If any additional information is required, the owner will be contacted. Upon job start up an on going job file is created to house all design specifications, material lists etc., this file allows for quick accessibility to all pertinent information.
A Quality Control Manager is assigned to each project to administrate our Quality Control Programs. The responsibility of the Quality Control Manager is to identify quality control problems and provide and implement solutions.
